Kenneth Tighe - Manager

     A successful entrepreneur and executive, Ken Tighe has maintained a record of building organizations
     and driving profitable growth in the software industry for over twenty (20) years. Mr. Tighe has led three 
     (3) consecutive start up/early stage companies to successful exits.

Mr. Tighe is a strong general manager with a broad range of organizational, financial, sales, and marketing skills.  Tighe possesses an overall understanding of what is necessary to take emerging companies to the next level and ultimate exit options, including, acquisition, merger, or IPO.

As CEO of Care Fusion Incorporated (“Care Fusion”) from 2002 to 2006,  Tighe completed the sale of the company to Cardinal Health, Inc. (NYSE: CAH) in an all cash sale in late 2006.  He also served as CFO of the company until its acquisition.  While at Care Fusion, Tighe and Navneet Gosal formed, staffed, and grew a wholly owned Indian subsidiary company, Care Fusion Private Development Limited, that is still operational and run by Cardinal Health.

Tighe founded Radian Systems in 1994, a software development and systems integration company, serving as its president and CEO until its acquisition by Sequoia Software in 1999.  Tighe served as the executive vice president of Sequoia, a developer of XML-based healthcare and enterprise portals, and actively participated in Sequoia's $33 million venture round in 1999, successful IPO in May 2000, and all cash sale to Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CXTS) in 2001. Tighe most recently was the Principal of Charles Street Capital, LLC, an active angel investment fund.  Investments include: Netwitness (netwitness.com), ContentNow (contentnow.com), Peak Surgical (peaksurgical.com), mySBX (mySBX.com) and Zymetis (zymetis.com). Mr. Tighe currently serves on the Board of Directors of ContentNow, and did so for mySBX untill their aquisition by Deltek (NASDAQ:PROJ) in December 2009.  Tighe received a B.S. in Marketing, University of Maryland, College Park Maryland, in 1981.
