Kenneth Tighe
A successful entrepreneur and executive, Ken Tighe has maintained a record of building organizations and driving profitable growth in the software industry for over twenty (20) years. Mr. Tighe has led three (3) consecutive start up/early stage companies to successful exits. 

Mr. Tighe is a strong general manager with a broad range of organizational, financial, sales, and marketing skills.  Tighe possesses an overall understanding of what is necessary to take companies to the next level and ultimate exit options, including acquisition, merger, or IPO.

As CEO of Care Fusion Incorporated (“Care Fusion”) from 2002 to 2006, Mr. Tighe completed the sale of the company to Cardinal Health, Inc. (NYSE: CAH) in an all cash sale in late 2006.  Mr. Tighe also served as CFO of the company until its acquisition.  While at Care Fusion, Mr. Tighe and Navneet Gosal formed, staffed, and grew a wholly owned Indian subsidiary company, Care Fusion Private Development Limited, that is still operational and run by Cardinal Health.

Mr. Tighe founded Radian Systems in 1994, a software development and systems integration company, serving as its president and CEO until its acquisition by Sequoia Software in 1999.  Mr. Tighe served as the executive vice president of Sequoia, a developer of XML-based healthcare and enterprise portals, and actively participated in Sequoia's $33 million venture round in 1999, successful IPO in May 2000, and all cash sale to Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CXTS) in 2001.

Mr. Tighe most recently was the Principal of Charles Street Capital, LLC, an active angel investment fund.  Investments include: Netwitness (www.netwitness.com), ContentNow (contentnow.com), Peak Surgical (peaksurgical.com), mySBX (mySBX.com) and Zymetis (zymetis.com). Mr. Tighe currently serves on the Board of Directors for mySBX and ContentNow. Mr. Tighe received a B.S. in Marketing, University of Maryland, College Park Maryland, in 1981.

Navneet serves on the board of Care Fusion Private Development Limited based in Chandigarh, India and is the acting managing director. He has extensive family, business, and political connections in India.

Prior to joining Care Fusion, Mr. Gosal served as a Senior Product Manager for Aether Systems' enterprise product suite, where he developed Aether's Scout Web product.  Mr. Gosal has also had significant experience in the Aerospace and Telecom industries as a Senior Product Development Manager for ORBIMAGE™ where he was responsible for design, development and deployment of the global satellite information processing and delivery system. Mr. Gosal started his career at Nortel Networks in Raleigh, North Carolina as a software developer in 1992.

Mr. Gosal most recently has served as Principal of SGH Holdings, an angel investment fund whose investments include Flycast (www.flycast.fm) and Goomzee (www.goomzee.com), and majority ownership in an India IT services firm, Relay Strategy (www.relaystrategy.com).  Mr. Gosal is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Computer Engineering. Mr Gosal is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Rajesh Rai

Navneet Gosal
Mr. Gosal has seventeen (17) years experience in building mission critical software systems for healthcare, aerospace and telecom industries.  Mr. Gosal was part of the founding team of Care Fusion as its CTO.  Based in Reston, Virginia, Care Fusion is a leading provider of healthcare
software aiming at enhancing efficiency and improving patient safety.  After the acquisition by Cardinal Health Inc., Mr. Gosal became the head of the R&D group (over 350 people) for the Clinical Services business unit of Cardinal Health. 

Rajesh brings over thirteen (13) years of venture capital, corporate and entrepreneurial experience to his position. Most recently, Rajesh was a Partner and a co-founder of New Markets Venture Partners (NMVP), a leading venture capital fund in the Washington DC region with 16 portfolio companies.
Investors in NMVP include banks, family offices and successful entrepreneurs. Rajesh has worked in NMVP for over 7 years across the life cycle of fund raising, investing, building and exiting investments.
Rajesh serves as a board observer for FortiusOne (www.fortiusone.com) - a mapping and analytics company listed among Red Herring Top 100 companies; Artifact Software (www.artifactsoftware.com) - a software development product company with a global customer base; Innovative Biosensors (www.innovativebiosensors.com) - a developer of rapid pathogen detection systems.

Rajesh has also been an adviser to India based companies including: Arctern (www.arctern.com) - a Bangalore based remote staffing company, Paytronic India (www.paytronicindia.com) - a Mumbai based consumer payment acceptance network, Ticketvala (www.ticketvala.com) - India's largest online bus-ticket platform. Prior to co-founding NMVP, Rajesh launched new businesses at Godrej-GE Appliances, worked on product planning at Federal Express, optimized product design at Kirloskar Electric and managed an educational services franchise.

Rajesh teaches at the University of Maryland's Executive MBA program. He is a TIE DC Charter Member and serves on committees of the U.S. National Science Foundation, and the Maryland Israel Development Corporation. Rajesh graduated from NIT Surathkal, India where he majored in mechanical engineering. He received a Masters in International Business from IIFT, Delhi and a MBA from the University of Maryland. He has completed an Executive program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at the Harvard Business School. He is fluent in Kannada, Hindi, Tulu and English.

B. Umakanta Sharma

Mr. Umakanta is a corporate compliance and litigation attorney with over with ten (10) years experience.

Umakanta has experience as an advocate at Punjab & Haryana High Court in Chandigarh, and has extensively appeared in all the District Courts & Forums in Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. Umakanta received a BA (Hons) from Punjab University Chandigarh, LLB, and Diploma in Labor Law from Symbiosis, Pune.
